Amadeus’ Educational Services – courses for beginners and specialists
A range of new courses on Amadeus’ systems is now available. Through Educational Services, Amadeus is able to offer scheduled standard courses and special courses tailored to the needs of the customer.
The new courses include ‘Amadeus Tips and Shortcuts’, where we spends two hours teaching the smart commands and shortcuts in the system. The virtual course, which will be carried out via the Internet and telephone conferencing, will be held every other week during the spring in Scandinavia with Swedish instructors. “Another course is ‘Amadeus Central Ticketing’. This course deals with most aspects of the Central Ticketing System, which our support team receives numerous questions about. If the demand is there, we’ll be sure to set up additional sessions. Educational Services is accredited by IATA, which means that we can issue IATA diplomas. We offer a five-day course in IATA tariffs, with a test at the end.
